I’m a career and leadership coach who leverages my core values of authenticity, bravery, and accountability to help individuals better understand themselves, find their professional niche, and feel happier in their career paths.

My path to career coaching wasn't linear. (Few careers are!)

After years of education roles in both non-profits and corporations, I felt my passion dwindling. I started asking myself, "What's missing? Where is my impact?"

While these questions helped me realize what wasn't making me happy, I was no closer to understanding what would satisfy me.

To help figure that out, I spent time identifying my core values and strengths, which I used to guide me forward. Now, I'm excited to have found a long lasting, satisfying career by becoming the resource that I wish I had!

As a Certified Professional Coach, I am able to help others find a fulfilling career path that is aligned to their core values. I partner with my clients to help them appreciate their unique strengths and leverage those unique abilities into their dream job.
